Trauma Nursing Programme NSW

The Trauma Nursing Program (TNP) has been launched in NSW, with the first course being run in September 2007. The course was held with good reviews at Prince of Wales Hospital. We still have a bit of work to do to give the course a ‘NSW flavour’, but it was great to get the first course out there.

The next course will be run at Tweed Heads Hospital, February 21st to 24th 2008:

February 21st will be the ICU module
February 22nd-23rd will be the ED module
February 24th will be the Train the Trainer Module.

You can download a registration form from the TNP website http://www.tnp.net.au, or apply directly on line at the same website.

We’re expecting to run another Sydney course in May 2008 and (depending on demand) may fit in another before the end of the year.
