Credit Card Payments
When using the online payment system credit card payments are processed directly by Westpac. They do not store or transmit your credit card details. Westpac is a secure and PCI compliant platform.
Membership is non-refundable.
The College of Emergency Nursing Ltd (CENA) is a registered company bound by the Corporations Act of 2001.
The CENA Board of Management values your privacy and wishes to take all necessary steps to protect the personal information you provide us.
CENA collects all personal information required only to conduct its business and will not disclose this information to any other party. CENA is bound by the national privacy laws of 2001 and ensures that it retains personal information only as long as necessary and then disposes of it lawfully and securely.
Once you have completed your membership you will be able to re-visit your record and update your personal contact information at any time
The College of Emergency Nursing Australasia Trauma Nursing Program (CENA TNP) cancellation, transfer and refund policy is for all CENA TNP courses cancelled by CENA TNP management and CENA TNP registrants those who:
- withdraw from courses; or
- transfer to other CENA TNP courses.
CENA TNP reserves the right to cancel any course at short notice. Course fees will be fully refunded or a course transfer offered in the event of such cancellation. The registrants will incur no administration fee.
